Do you need to do anything special or just run spire multiple times? Like I just want to farm out a Long Arm scout. There a way I can continuously make it so I dont need to re-run everything to that point?

i know spire can be farmed but not sure about others when they aren't weekly. I don't farm them cause i have no reason to

Spire can be farmed any time. All other dungeons they need to be the pinacle week

Duality can be done solo, apparently. It is advised to do all encounters in it by yourself to permanently increase the drop rate for the exotic Heartshadow. There's even a triumph for soloing Duality (check its seal)

Im pretty sure duality and prophecy are farmable regardless of if they are pinnacle that week or not
