I Leveled it up to 3 - Did the two steps one at a time by mistake, first the trait then the intrensic. Moved from 5 to 6, but no progress afterwards, no matter what i do despite adding the enhanced trait.

There was another person saying a different quest that also requires to reshape with enhanced trait isn't progressing. So it might be bugged unfortunately
