I just ran a flawless legend heist. It popped up saying I got the triump, but it's still a "secret" on my seal. Any thoughts?

That's a different triumph. The flawless one is just a generic seasonal triumph, you need 12 flawless runs to complete all tiers.

The secret triumph is kind of a "mini-mission" in Seraph's Shield that you unlock by destroying all 50 Drones
