If playing for a prolonged time (8 hours seems to be when it gets noticeable for me) the game runs noticeably worse, consistent frame freezing, sometimes audio cuts out, and loading takes a lot longer.

After doing a bit of searching it's been around for months but barely anyone as addressed it despite it being a pretty decent issue. Is there any potential fixes that I can at least use for the time being?

An issue like this was introduced with Witch Queen, but eventually got addressed and I haven't experienced or heard of others having the problem since.

So while im not saying it's impossible, I'd also make sure it's not your PC in general. Have you actually looked at the RAM consumption of the game, and whether it goes up?

Yeah, my ram seems to stay pretty consistent, but I was running CPUID HWMonitor, I notice the GPU memory was reaching 98% usage occasionally, which is pretty concerning
