It's not in the game anymore, you instead focus Umbral Engrams at a Seasons respective Vendor (War Table, Crown of Sorrow etc., usually in the HELM)

I dont think its available to get at all right now. It might be in the world loot pool which you can focus engrams for, but I'm not sure

Just play the game, theres no real way to farm Umbrals
