Taipan is a bit better than sailspy thanks to firing line and triple tap
But if you’re willing to put in the grind and craft one, a fourth times the charm/bait and switch roll on cataclysmic (from vow of the disciple) is the best by far
Given they’re gonna switch up the damage meta in lightfall, however, be prepared for just about anything

You’re trading off easier FoM for worse damage perks and a lack of good reload perks (either rapid hit or clown cartridge, neither of which F&F gets and stormchaser does)
And stormchaser already is kind of a sketchy option for long damage phases and ammo-scarce encounters since it doesn’t have ammo regen
And frenzy is tough to maintain in many encounters, so I personally wouldn’t consider it a valid replacement for either of these 2 issues
