Google says I need to start the Imperial Summons quest line given by Benedict 99, but I can't find him anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I just scooped up deluxe wq package.

I don't see/notice any new quests in my quest log.

I've already completed the campaign. I don't see where the specific season quest line starts.

That was for the Crown of Sorrow Raid, which has been sunset (removed) a while ago with Beyond Light.
For the season the first mission is located on the moon (left side above where Derelict Leviathan will be). It's called Operation: Midas

Proper term is put in content vault. Sunset means you can't upgrade an item past certain level

Sure but Bungie literally said "Not sunsetting any more expansions" in the Lightfall reveal trailer. Its kind of just used for both
