she should be on mars, if not then go to the tower and you'll get your stuff there

if you want loreley, i'd recommend taking the other one that you don't want. you'll get a collections roll which has bad stats, and once you have the other one you'll more easily get loreley from lost sectors

check if any of the missions still have the red skull among the modifiers ("a challenge awaits" modifier). sometimes your completion doesn't count and you may need to redo something
