i got the legacy pack and ive played most of shadowkeep but im wondering if its worth it to finish it or just go to witch queen for the Pinnacle gear quests and then go back to the others

just play it if you need gear, that's basically all that's worth it from that dlc
witch queen i'd do, that campaign is a lot more fun imo than shadowkeeps

you can finish SK campaign to unlock xenophage quest (if you willing to get that thing is kinda painful to do solo POH dungeon)
