None of the vendors seem to take them and I recall end of Season 18 for the special event to get rid of a few materials. I still have some in my inventory.

Is it safe to remove them all?

You can trade them for Glimmer at Rahool

Toward the end of S18, you could trade 10 for 10k glimmer

Now you only get 5k

Im maxed on glimmer and easy to come by. Still worth holding onto?

Glimmer is both very easy to spend and very easy to gain

I'd say keep for the situations where you find yourself in need of a ton of glimmer
