I have 9/10 on the Spire dungeon title and the last one I need is the bottom right one which says "Trophies from the "Spire of the Watcher" dungeon" how do u get this?

look at triumph's tab there is badges on right lower side

find the badge that is for the dungeon likely on last page to see what you need

im missing all armor on hunter and warlock and 2 pieces on titan. also dont have the bow but thats not in the collections page for some reason

You only need to complete it for one character. The bow isn't included cause it's more rng reliant and you only have limited chances for it. Though they've kinda gone back and forth with including exotics in badges
