HEY can anyone tell me why i cant play the vox obscura on legend anymore? i cant chose the difficulty since the last patch...

There is no Legend difficulty for Vox Obscura. Only Normal and Master

Maybe on a different character? Have you tried completing normal again to see if Master unlocks?
Also you might have to pick up the catalyst quest from the Helm (War Table)
