I wonder how much seasonal grind one has to first do before it becomes available — do they need to do ALL the steps so far for the seasonal quest, run all the heists, playlist/non-playlists, watch the dialogue, etc?

Or is it just time-gated and if you start the season now, it’s immediately available? Has anyone started/has a buddy who only started last week?

You need to do all the quests step up to this week. I had to redo the quest on my other character to access it
