You probably didnt clear all the enemies before the boss. For most Lost Sectors you dont need to do that, but for example in all the Moon LS you have to kill all the enemies for the boss to spawn

try running back to the beginning, where you first enter the lost sector, right past the smol rock to your right
then run back to the boss room and they should spawn

one yellow bar Knigh spawns then i enter this big room and theres no one just a locked cache
looks like this is a known bug

Walk all the way to the back of the final room, behind the chest, then all the way back to the beginning without exiting the LS. Think that works
