Was just wondering if there’s a faster way to get red borders

They do drop reds. It's all rng

I have done all resonance amps (including seraph station), and have even reset exo rank once.

Yet I’m far from getting even a single pattern. All are around 2/5.

Don't spend the resources on specific weps, way too expensive. Just do the random ikelos engram. Got my ikelos crafted smg + shotgun that way.
