What is the current best way to farm these? If it is the Weekly Story Missions, does it matter if I go for higher or lower difficulties?

Yeah weekly story is the best but also check if the seasonal activity on the harder difficulty can drop it 2 because that would be better.

Current Seasonal does not drop it unfortunately.

Which Weekly difficulty should I go for, then?
