I was invited by a random user and i was kicked at the end of the strike. Is this really allowed ? Or being unsocial and have no life is part of a culture i don't know ?

It isn't allowed. If they invited you from here you can send it to the mods. You can also report them in-game, not sure if there is a ticket option or anything to send proof to bungie though.

No they do ban people for it. Unfortunately with it being the holiday break it might take a bit for it to be looked into. You can try dming one of the CMs on twitter.
