My Warlock is 1604, do you get +1 overall bonus power for every time u reach 1.37 million XP or is there a limit to only 25 times, as I can see that I have 22/25 Artifact unlocks??

Soft cap: 1530. Powerful cap: 1580. Pinnacle cap:1590. Artifact cap: no limit. You can level up endlessly, but each power bonus you get will take more xp from the last.

Artifact unlocks and power bonus increases are two separate things.

Getting to 1604 takes some knowledge of how those reward sites work, as I just hit the pinnacle cap for my 3 characters this week. I'd say at this point you're no longer new lol.
