For pve same as basically every other class. Resilience, discipline, recovery

for pve and for pvp you want resil at 10

#

for pve you go resil>disci>everything else

#

for pvp you go resil>recovery>disci>intellect

#

and swap disci for strength based on if you have a melee build or not

this is just my opinion and not a set in stone law. you are free to tinker around as you see fit
