For legend lost sectors are you able to get any chest piece exortic OR only specific chestpiece exootics shown on today on destiny?

That's what I keep hearing but I've gotten the same 6 or so pieces over and over although I'm kinda new to the game and don't nearly have all

leaden nebula That's what I keep hearing but I've gotten the same 6 or so pieces over and over...

Also: my drop rate for exotics in lost sectors seems to have steeply declined ever since I began. I remember this summer I had 50% at least. Now it's close to sth around 10%...
