I heard the new Veles-x is quite strong, but it takes forever to level up ranks. I'm currently running crucible, but wondering if there is a faster way.

Since the xp boost is for crucible this week, it probably is the fastest way right now.

otherwise next week is vanguard double xp and hero NF will give like 800xp per run at streak
