Current meta in D2 isn’t hand cannon based but for most 120 is the way to go. Things such as Igneous hammer are used sometimes with perks such as Quickdraw (1st) second snapshot sights, moving target, opening shot
if ur on console abuse last word cause it’s broken, Thorn and Hawkmoon are probably the most used handconnons currently.
Rapid hit and Snapshot sights or opening shot is my favorite combo on any hand cannon for PvP
One easy to get Hand cannons for that roll is Dire Promise

Fatebringer is good and even better with adept
And the obvious and most recent pick is rose
Except I don’t think you can get pali anymore
So rose and fatebringer are your best bets

for energy slot are exalted truth, cantata 57, and zaouli's bane
only austringer and zaouli's bane are craftable from this list
140 RPM is the most popular archetype and has the fastest ttk for handcannons. when not in a 3 stack would not recommend 120s, and when not in 6v6 would not recommend 180s
