im a free to play player and wanna try other characters but going through the story and grinding gear again seems like a pain just in case i dont like the character so im just curious if its worth

What are u playing now? Hunter warlock or Titan. And if u like the game then yes as they are all so different and fun to use. But if wanting to maybe do just one more, let us know what u have so far and can inform u 🙂

I personally never would abd would just grind them out, but if you have the money and want to skip the grind, then why not

you can get their power up fast by just farming out public events for blue drops

It is super fast and the boost is way too expensive
If you just farm out blues it can take an hour or two
Plus you can play other activities and gear up passively

cranberry is right the boost is insanely expensive compared to just doing the campaign again and getting it that way. plus you could potentially get other stuff or rolls you didn't get on your first time around

Speed running strikes is the quickest way to get to soft if you are quick at running 5-10Min runs. If you don’t enjoy that ye public events/crucible. Most would agree in the fact that destiny is not F2P it’s free to try.
