I cannot for the life of me get one to drop. I'm running double Kinetic Siphon mods but kills won't drop orbs of light. Also removed all CWL mods because I read they can affect this one from dropping.

Any suggestions?

Why are you running double siphon mods?

You just need to get multikills with siphon mods
