what ever drops the catalyst for it cause that gives a damage boost to it

Besides catalyst, I don't think there's any other way to make the weapon itself perform better

Get an auto loading rocket so you can fire and Izzy, Reload cancel, swap to rocket, fire, back to Izzy. Really east loop and crazy dps
