It shows talk to spider in the eliksni quarter in destinations tab but he doesn't have anything.
tried on other characters but same problem.
anyway to fix this?

Can you see the ketchacrash tab now from the helm tab? As that the next step, when speak to him he opens the ketchacrash so maybe see if u have it open already and off u go. If not check out the quest terminal at tower for lost quests etc next to postmaster.
