sorry for my bad eyesight, ember of char, eruption and ashes are good for all class and most situations, the last one is up to your preference

Incinerator snap with ember of ashes can ignite with one melee

Fusion grenade spam also causes a fair bit of scorch buildup

I don’t really have recommendations since I don’t play warlock that often, but the class is pretty darned good at making enemies ignite with a proper build

starfire protocol with well of life, elemental ordnance and time dilation is always a good option

for fragments just use what fits your playstyle, also there are probably 100+ videos that cover the starfire build
