PC Help (Error Code BROCCOLI)

Hello, so I have been dealing with this since april
If you can help me fix this i will send you 2 months of xbox game pass not even joking, im desperate

Before you read, my Drivers were updated to the latest release at each time it crashed, aside from when i rolled it back, but then i reupdated it

In April I noticed my computer was slow, so I got a few upgrades, New Motherboard, New CPU. Had to reinstall OS.

I Started Getting Error Code Broccoli once a week on the vow raid.
I searched it up, driver/gpu related, uninstalled Driver, rolled it back a while/to when it didn't crash, even uninstalled the GPU from device manager.

As the months go by, the more error code broccolis i got, so I eventually just bought a new GPU thinking it was a bad card. It wasn't, in fact I reassembled my old parts from pre-upgrade

and bought what was missing and gave it to my brother, he has not crashed at all. (Hes even nuked Gmod, literally, he detonated 20 nukes at once)

Eventually i started getting error codes daily, and then multiple times a day, then there was a break from error codes, i don't know why, lasted a month, then it kicked back up.

Now I cannot finish a crucible match without crashing. I checked event viewer, usually says this: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

or: The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local

computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

I have tried completely reinstalling my OS. Should I just wipe my PC and restart?

I also experienced blue screen of death, found out it was related to my RAM Sticks, so i bought new ones alongside a new motherboard because it switched to DDR5.

I have tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling steam, moving it to a different hard drive, etc

When it crashes my entire PC usually freezes for a second, then after a second it recovers but destiny crashes, i checked task manager, GPU reaches

55 C and it also spikes from like 15% utilization to 100% then back down (The Spike is it crashing)

I have a video if you need a example of what it looks like
It doesn't just crash on destiny, literally everything else except minecraft bedrock (haven't tested java)

I have replaced every component except the CPU in my PC from the MB CPU upgrade
It doesn't crash any other program that doesn't really use the GPU such as chrome, youtube, discord, etc

I have tried closing background stuff

timeline
April: Upgraded computer, started crashing a little

May: Crashing a lot, BSOD starts
July: Crashing Stops

August Crashing starts again, BSOD does too, replaced the 1080 GPU with a 3070 ti
October: BSOD alot

December: BSOD every 2 hours, Replaced MB and RAM, bsod stopped, games crashing continues

GPU: Geforce 3070 Ti (Used to have a 1080, gave it to my brother and he hasn't crashed)
CPU: 12th Gen Intel Core 17-12700k

MB: Asus Prime 690-P Wifi D5 (used to have the D4 version)
RAM: 32 GBs DDR5 (used to have 16GB DDR4)

OS: Windows 11 (used to be 10)
I have contacted Nvidia support, they aren't helping much
