Can I not get the xenology quest for an exotic cypher from zur again the same weekend I finished the quest from last week?

Just turned it in and it won’t let me pick it up again, do I have to wait until next Friday again?

But I picked the quest up last weekend and turned it in this weekend , so to get an exotic cypher each week I have to complete the whole quest from Friday till Tuesday then ?
