#Hunter build question

I genuinely can’t decide between running either Gyrfalcons volatile void hunter, or Calibans hand solar hunter

what build is overall more worthwhile for team play in pve / stronger overall in pve

caliban's hand isn't going to be as good as gyrfalcons in higher-tier content because invis is op

#

i haven't used caliban's but i think it might be better at pure ad-clear most of the time

#

the issue is that the solar slot is often occupied by other exotics like ahamkara spine, foetracer, celestial nighthawk, star-eater scales

#

of these the main comparison is ahamkara spine vs calibans

You'll have more fun (imo) on solar subclass in general, stasis and arc in lower tier content and normal raids

#

Void became really fun for me in hard content, namely omni build (not gyr)

I currently run Statis Hunter and Solar as backup cuz of the insane damage of Whisper of Rending but it can be kinda boring to play

And since you mention teamplay specifically and strong builds, I would just recommend omni void. Gyr is for dps, and survivability is the main issue in high end pve at least

Omnis basically allows you to gain infinite team invis given you invis 2+ people in endgame activities

Omni is so good that it's excessive for gms and will actually encourage you to play worse

#

Omni only on lightblade gm
Aeon gms and master raids
Gurfalcon lower content

And if you’re the type to easily fall into the habit of relying on crutch exotics, that’s your problem

#

Don’t discourage people from having an easier time doing content just because you want the game to feel harder without them

Harder to loop invis

You can though.
Infinite team invis is only needed in lightblade ship ride and slow walk and birthplace pads, and you can solo pads
