I'm a warlock main and am just wondering (for Titan touch of thunder storm nade build) if Heart of Inmost Light is just a random drop. Like I can't farm it anywhere right? Just a world drop?

So long as you're playing titan and doing chest day legend lost sectors you will eventually get HOIL.

It's technically RNG either way for word drop or legend lost sectors, but legend lost sectors guarantees it drops at some point.
