PVE fatebringer : Explosive Payload/Frenzy . Very good general roll. Swap out Frenzy for Adrenaline Junkie for more grenade focused builds
You can earn the timelost version from the Templar Encounter challenge in master mode difficulty which comes around every few weeks when VOG is the featured raid of the week
VOG will be featured the week of the 27th to the 3rd
Some other fantastic pve weapons: Succession (Kinetic, Sniper, Deep Stone Crypt raid), Forebearance (Arc, GL, Vow of the Disciple Raid), Deliverance (Stasis, Fusion Rifle, Vow of the Disciple Raid)
The new IKELOS shotgun with vorpal weapon feels very good in mid tier pve to burn down bigger targets without wasting heavy
The Fugue-55 void sniper rifle has some very nice boss focused rolls as well
