just search up stasis builds for your class and buy what they use

the one that grants resist when near a crystal, grenade regen when you break a crystal and grenade regen when you take damage are all pretty good and staples in most of builds
atleast from what i remember off my head. shards tracking is also good for the stat bump but doesnt really augment your playstyle much, just something good to add on top of things
