Graphics Settings Help

I use low quality models to improve performance but for some reason it makes scopes on certain guns incredibly ugly (their overlays are compressed to hell)

Is there any way to fix this aside from increasing my graphics settings?

turn your render resolution to max and everything else to medium or low

mainly texture quality
