unforgiven (trials), empirical evidence(witch queen dlc activities), drang(derelict leviathan), rat king, etc.
best perks would be ones that help with stability, target acquisition, or range for trials
snipers that are available right now would be eye of sol(trails), beloved(derelict levithan), adored(exotic kiosk), defiance of yasmin(kings fall), really anything that feels good to you.
sidearms like the keening(pvp), punching out(vanguard), the seasonal one(season 18) are also great
and i believe there are some that drop from dares and prophecy

Iron banner is on rn so try farming for the Allied Demand sidearm (Rangefinder + MKC)
trail abyss
traveler's chosen (exotic) & brigand's law (max crafted) so far a good pic for me. sniper? adored for sure and eye of sol (snap + moving target).
