yes that's the only way

world drop umbrals/prime engams have a chance to drop as exotic engrams instead. you can also get unlimited exotics from master/gm nightfalls

and legend/master lost sectors will give exclusive exotic armors, but those have to be done solo for exotics to have a chance to drop

Are any monument exotics in any loot pool anywhere else in the game.? IE: Lost sectors or GM?

per account and you have to finish it before xur is gone, otherwise you cant get a new quest the week after
