Why do people want Touch of Malice?

i got the weapon but its kinda bad and kills me all the time even with a rift up

1: just to say they have it
2: its needed for raid title
3: when used right it does equal dps to outbreak

it isnt needed for the raid title, i have it and dont own touch yet. i think most players want it just to have all exotics and u can do some fun builds with it

1. People are completionist and want it just to say they have it
2. People think its cool/fun
   Not all guns need to be top 3 in the meta to be useable

Touch is good if you full commit. A devour build or sanguine rifts with the 2x restoration grenade on lock can make it work

There's also the possibility that it gets reworked and becomes the weapon to have, never know

like he said some people are sick of using meta all the time and as warlock u can make it work great in gerneral gameplay, its about having fun

Outbreak is worse

If they ever add a heavy weapon of sorrow it’ll be damage meta cuz it grants a 50% debuff specifically to sorrow weapons

question on dmg is that with the fix for it that fixed a bug where it did more damage then it was supposed to with div?
