Hey, does anybody know whether its still possible to get a Peacebound now that season of the lost is over? Also I don't have any add-ons/dlcs whatever...

Peacebond was a part of the Iron Banner loot pool and Bungie has taken it out recently. It may come back potentially in 3 months. Otherwise you're gonna have to hope Xur spits one out or something like that.
So as of right now it's not acquireable
If you do want a 3 round burst in the kinetic slot you can go grab Empirical Evidence because I believe that's free to get from the first 2 missions of Witch Queen. You're gonna want to double check this as I'm sure.
