im not sure because you need to level up your throne world rank to have a better chance at getting red boarder throne world weapons

there is another way without getting throne world ranks but its really grindy and annoying

#

basically do public events around the throne world or kill these random hive guardians that spawn around the throne world and they have a chance at dropping some red boarder throne world weapons
