I am just starting this quest or triumphs I had 2 of them I went and found 2 and the only video I can find on You tube 3 years ago is saying its completely RNG spent 30 minutes getting nothing...

How often do they tend to drop? Should I be trying to focus-farm them each week or go for them naturally?
