In what ways? I’m not sure how true this is with all the subclass reworks and the build crafting we have. I feel like I’m having more fun with making builds than I ever did in d1

Rat King saw explosive use with Gyrfalcon's being re-enabled, Storm nade Titans outclass every other method of DPS, Warlocks are pretty useless outside of being Well b**ch for raid and dungeon teams

The first two things you bring up are just normal things that need tuning after subclass reworks and pvp sandbox changes and both of them will be fixed relatively soon
As for warlocks being useless I think that’s extremely untrue considering voidwalker is great at ad clear storm caller is as well and solar is great for survivability
And warlocks are the main class used in speed running because of the amazing movement that they can produce
