Beyond light, shadow keep or witch queen deluxe upgradeas i already got the base WQ but for the deluxe i don't think I'll actually have time to play the seasonal content so it's basically between shadow keep and beyond light or legacy pack.
Basically which expansion's raid and dungeon would be more beneficial in comparison to the other out of BY and SK like all the weapons and stuff etc.

noep, i just have one legendary pack that includes SK,BY and Forsaken and rest are WQ noemal. WQ deluxe which includes WQ campaign and annual season pass with dungeons
WQ deluxe upgrade which includes Annual pass and dungeons only and 3th pack is separate. i already have WQ so i can buy deluxe upgrade but as
as i mentioned i dont have tinme i am looking between BY SK and 30th pack, mainly dungeons and raids

30th anniversary has ghorn which is arguably one of the best heavies in the game, but in raids and dungeons, generally has a more supportive role (only one person runs it to give everyone else wolfpack rounds)
BY has the deep stone crypt which has some of the best weapons in the game in heritage, succession and arguably trustee. AND those weapons are becoming craftable with new perks december 6th and onward
