is there any armor that helps in any way with rocket dps? Burst or sustained. Or are you basically just left with using argent ordnance mods and that's it.

There’s plenty of reason to lean towards High Energy Fire being simply better than Argent Ordnance

hmm so it's a 20% damage boost that only requires one mod slot to work compared to stacking argent ordnance for more damage

Yeah, and also ordnance spends on hits, where HEF only spends on a kill

#

So to even get the reload boost (10%) you need to have at least two charges

#

And HEF just buffs all your things, not just rockets, the same 20%

#

Ordnance got balanced to uselessness

but you just need one warlock with well and everyone gets it
