Recently returned, want to know what’s the main weapons & perks for boss damage

Linears:
go for taipan from crafting table quest.
Roles: Firing line, triple tap.
(The one u get at first with FR is also good)

Sniper? Go for succession from DSC, roll being reconstruction vorpal.
