Its not great. Only buy it if you want to play the content. Gally is ok at best in all raid content and only slightly better in nightfalls.

It's great Idk what your talking about lol. It's good in nfs if you have an organized team with aeons and stuff. In legendary campaigns and lost sectors It's insane.

The greatest thing about gally is that it grants wolf pack rounds to other rockets. Remember
that Gally + 5 legendary rockets can match, if not out perform, 6 linear fusions for DPS since they don't require precision hits. So when Divinity gets nerfed...

That exact question relates to marginal utility. Since marginal utility for $18 (or any sum) varies from person to person and with several other personal factors it cannot be conclusively established by any other person.
The best we can do, in a constructive and productive manner, is explain the value and let the person establish that marginal utility for themselves.
