What is the power level of Pinnacle drops and the normal powerful gear drops of tier 1,2 and 3?

Tier 1 will give +3, t2 gives +4, t3 gives +5, pinnacles give +6, until you hit 1570

#

Then it'll give you like +1 or +2 from pinnacles only

+6 on current power level like for eg 1560 is current power level (without artifact power) then I'll get a pinnacle drop with 1566 power?

yes a pinnacle at 1560 will drop +6 higher than ur average power level, so 1566 and a powerful will give 3, 4, or 5, util u hit 1570 at which point only pinnacles give +1 or +2
