I know it's all RNG, but according to the description the +10 mods come from faction rank-up packages- is there an easy farm for these? 120 hours and only have the +10 discipline mod is killing me...

in my experience as a returning player, farming Vanguard (nightfalls in particular) seemed to be the best way.
