Why can't people join me

My fireteam privacy is public, my join code is accurate, but people still can't join though my jc, anyone know how i can fix this?

Where are you when they try to join? What happens when they try, what message do they get? Can people from your friends list join you? Can you join others through join code?

@jolly wing if you havent changed your name, could be a problem. I had the same problem before, but changed my name recently and now it works correctly
