resilience doesnt reduce damage in pvp. it only reduces flinch.
as a hunter, you would most likely be better off with t10 mobility and strength and as high recovery OR discipline as you can get
also for the palindrome thing, there are plenty of good alternatives. Eyasluna and Austringer are really good but they are in the kinetic slot
