you can still get it either through upgrading the crown of sorrow at the helm to help you focus farm weapons, by completing lots of nightmare containment runs or using opulent keys

I believe they only drop through opulent chests. If you upgrade the Crown, you can get a random red border opulent weapon to drop from the chest once per week and focus one red border weapon at the Crown once per week

100% get the crown of sorrow perk going and farm opulent keys, you’ll get it eventually
